COHAB is a boutique coworking space located in The District Edina. We offer flexible membership plans, modern amenities, and a supportive community for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small teams.

You’ll find us on the second floor of The District Edina—conveniently situated at the intersection of Highways 494 and 169, where Edina, Bloomington, and Eden Prairie meet.

We offer 6-, 12-, and 24-month memberships with two tiers:
3 days/week access (plus unlimited weekends)
Unlimited 7-day/week access
All plans include access to common areas, high-speed internet, and exclusive member perks.

COHAB is designed for self-directed professionals. While the space is not staffed full-time, we provide easy member access, reservation tools, and responsive remote support.

Yes. Both the conference room and podcast studio are available to members by reservation and subject to availability. Please contact us to book in advance. Your membership includes 2 hours of complementary usage of the conference room followed by additional access at a discounted rate.

All memberships include high-speed internet, access to lounge areas, outdoor seating, and phone service. Members also receive discounted event space rentals and optional digital billboard exposure in the Edina area.
